OFFICE
The Front Office Division of the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office is headed by our Fiscal/Human
Resources Officer. This Division consists of: Reception, Criminal Records, Civil Process
Section Clerk, Personnel/Human Resources and Finance.
The Sheriffs Office is funded by appropriations from the Taylor County Board of County
Commissioners.
Office Manager/Human Resources/Fiscal
Dannielle Welch
The Office Manager/Human Resources/Fiscal Officer is under the direct supervision of the
Sheriff and is a member of the Command Staff. The OM/HR/Fiscal Officer is responsible for:
the supervision of the receptionist, criminal records clerk, civil clerk and personnel clerk as well
as receives all in-coming calls for the Sheriff, discipline and termination actions, receives and
responds to employee inquiries and complaints, insurance accounts, coordinates annual audits,
calculation of employee time and leave, approval of purchase orders, Sheriff’s Office Policies
and Procedures, accounts payable, payroll, process for W-2's, and all budget preparation,
submission and amendments.

Civil Clerk
Toni Page
The Civil Clerk works directly with the Civil Section Deputies. The Civil Clerk is responsible
for: receipt and processing of enforceable and non-enforceable subpoenas, summons, evictions,
writs, levies, preparation of all Sheriffs Sales, child support orders, maintenance of court
schedule for Civil Bailiff and to maintain financial accounting for Department of Revenue.
On an annual basis, the Civil Clerk processes approximately 3800 civil service papers
Personnel
Terri Young
The Personnel Clerk is responsible for: employees personnel files, application process, all new
employee enrollment, insurance enrollment (initial and open enrollment), retirement, all training
and police standards, purchase order approval, maintains financial accounts for civil monies and
inmate canteen services, H.I.P.A.A., workers' compensation claims, F.M.L.A. and works as an
assistant to the Fiscal/Human Resources Officer when needed.

Criminal Records
Pamela Brasby
The Criminal Records section of the Sheriff's Office is responsible for the process of public
records requests, all arrest/booking paperwork, deputy's reports, traffic ticket transmittals, traffic
crash reports, local and out-of-county warrant paperwork, UCR, Hate Crime Statistics, property
bonds and to keep the Sheriff’s Office up-to-date with the Records Schedule for the State of
Florida.
On an annual basis, the Criminal Records Clerk processes approximately 300 background
requests, 1000 pubic records requests, 2000 incident/accident reports and receives over 4,000
phone call inquiries.

Reception
Renee Wright
The Receptionist is responsible for receiving all in-coming calls, visitors, in-coming and outgoing
mail and the process of injunctions.
